Order an entire cow for bulk discount! Total cost per pound is $4.50. Get the following cuts from a whole cow: 

Steaks (100–130 lb total)

  • Ribeye: 14–22 lb

  • NY Strip: 15–25 lb

  • Tenderloin: 8–12 lb

  • Sirloin steaks: 20–30 lb

  • Round steaks: 20–40 lb

Roasts (80–120 lb)

  • Chuck roasts: 40–60 lb

  • Arm roast: 10–20 lb

  • Rump roast: 10–20 lb

  • Sirloin tip roast: 8–15 lb

Ground Beef (120–200 lb)

This depends heavily on how many steaks/roasts you request.
Most whole cows end up with 140–180 lb of ground.

Brisket, Ribs, Specialty Cuts (30–50 lb)

  • Brisket: 12–17 lb

  • Short ribs: 8–15 lb

  • Back ribs: 8–12 lb

  • Skirt steak: 3–6 lb 

  • Flank steak: 2–3 lb

 

Total weight generally ranges from 450-600lbs of beef depending on the cow. 

 

The process:

  • Purchase a $250 deposit. This will ensure that you are next in line for the next processing date.
  • Once a date is confirmed, you will be notified.
  • Once the full cow has been processed, the final invoice will be created and sent to you for payment
  • Once paid, you can either pick up from the processing facility, or you can have it delivered to your house(extra cost).
